Shipping and Returns
When will my order ship?
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours via Royal Mail (Mon-Fri).
*Delivery times refer to working days and are quoted for orders submitted before 13:00 BST. Royal Mail is experiencing some Coronavirus related delays, for service updates please click here.
How long will it take for my order to ship and deliver?
Once dispatched, we use a 24/48-hour tracked courier service to deliver your package to you. We aim to have your package delivered to you within 1-3 working days of when the order was placed. Please note that during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the courier service we use may be susceptible to their own delays due to staff shortages and quantity of deliveries.
How can I track my order?
You can find your tracking information on your order confirmation email or SMS. If you’re having trouble finding your order confirmation email, feel free to reach out via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My tracking says my order was delivered, but I haven’t received it—what do I do?
Sorry to hear that! Get in touch at email@example.com with your tracking information and correct shipping address. We’ll get that sorted out for you as quickly as possible.
Can I edit/cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they are placed. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
Given the nature of the products we sell and the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic we cannot accept the return of any products that have been opened.
In order to qualify for a return:
- Return in new condition - The plastic sealed packaging cannot have been opened.
- They must be returned within 15 days of the shipment date. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for detail.
We will refund the cost of the product but will not refund postage costs unless there are exceptional circumstances.
